Class Booking

When you book a class with us, we request certain information from you to enable us to keep track of who has booked; including your: first name; last name; email; mobile number (optional). This also enables us to contact you if we need to communicate; for example booking confirmations; cancelled classes; etc.

Client Intake Forms

When you attend a class in person for the first time, we then request that you fill out a 'client intake form'. This asks for your information including: full name; phone number; your dog's name; dog's age; dog's breed; dog's gender; if your dog is neutered; dog's vet practice; dog's vet practice's phone number; your emergency contact's name and phone number.

This data will only be used in the event of an emergency where we may need to call your emergency contact, or arrange veterinary treatment or advice for your dog. 

Your phone number may also be used to contact you if you are late to a class or having trouble with directions, parking, etc.

Your data will never be shared with other organisations.

You always have the right to:

• see any information we hold about you and correct it if it’s wrong

• request that your data is deleted

• request that your data is not used for some, or any, of the purposes we have outlined above​
