Slot Reservation and Booking
How to book
To book your slot, please follow this two-step process:
1) Notify us of your interest by filling in the Reservation form on the right and clicking the 'Submit' button. This will let us know which class you would like to book.
2) Click on the 'Payment Details' button, located directly below the Slot Reservation form, and follow the instructions on the linked PDF to send payment. Payment will book your slot.
Class size
If too many dogs (over the maximum number of 4 for agility, or 6 for other class types) book in to any one session, we will let the last person to book in know as soon as possible and reschedule this person to a different slot.
Similarly, if we have too few dogs booked in for a certain date and time slot, we will let you know in advance that we will reschedule to other available dates, or for those individuals who would like to alternatively book in for a 1-2-1, we can offer this solution, too.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session within 7 days of the class date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
If we need to cancel a session due to circumstances such as poor weather or unsafe conditions (e.g. slippery ground), then your payment will be run on to a future session.
